ETS Buys Celebrated Company, Doubles Fleet Size

Quincy, Mass – ETS International, a leading provider of chauffeur-driven transportation services in the Boston area, completed its second major acquisition in less than two years on August 1, 2008, with the purchase of All Star Limousine in Kingston, Mass.

According to ETS President, John M. Greene, the acquisition doubled the size of his company’s fleet overnight and leaves ETS poised to be the fastest growing limousine service in the Boston area in 2008.

ETS now operates 25 vehicles locally that serve all of Southern Massachusetts and Providence, Rhode Island.

“Growth was obviously an important factor in our choice to purchase All Star,” notes Greene, “but even more importantly, we got a great company.”

The 14-year-old All Star received the “Reader’s Choice” award for “Best Limousine Service on the South Shore” in 2007 and 2008.

In January 2007, ETS acquired Home Safe Coach in Quincy. Greene is using that first, smaller acquisition as a model for further expanding his company.

“We were fortunate to have retained every client that came to ETS through Home Safe,” he explains. “In fact, we doubled the amount of business coming from there customers. We are looking to do same with All Star.”

In addition to local acquisitions, ETS has been rapidly growing its international network, which serves clients in cities around the globe. The company is forecasted to exceed $3 million in revenue in the next 12 months.

ETS is owned by brothers John M. Greene (President/CEO) and Peter Greene (Executive Vice President of Operations), who have a combined 40 years of experience owning and managing executive transportation firms. Their leadership, expertise in customer service and business innovations have been recognized with numerous notable awards – including Limo Digest’s Operator of the Year and TLPA’s Limousine Operator of the Year (Large Category). Their past business (which was purchased by Carey International) was also listed among the Fastest Growing Companies in the nation by Inc. Magazine three times running.
