Quincy-based ETS Builds Local and National Presence

The chauffeured transportation network grows locally by acquisition and quickly becomes one of New England’s fastest growing services.

Quincy, Mass. – Through business relationships that have spanned more than 20 years, entrepreneur and limousine-industry veteran, John Greene opened the doors to his latest venture, ETS International, in October 2006 with affiliates in 450 cities around the globe.

Now the Scituate, Massachusetts native is building his chauffeured transportation company locally by acquisition, in a new state-of-the-art facility, where he provides reliable and professional corporate transportation services at competitive rates.

Greene was the founder of Braintree-based CTS Worldwide, which was named among Inc. magazine’s fastest growing companies four years in a row. In 1998, CTS was purchased by Carey International, where Greene then served as an Executive Vice President, before branching off as an industry consultant in 2003. As a consultant, he worked for several prominent international networks, assisting in mergers, acquisitions and business development – then decided to start another venture of his own in 2006.

On December 1, 2006, Greene welcomed brother and CTS business partner, Peter, to ETS. Together, they grew CTS, and now they are confident that ETS will be another success story.

On January 1, 2007 ETS acquired Home Safe Coach, a high-end transportation provider on the South Shore. According to Greene, the acquisition gives ETS a strong foundation and local presence that otherwise might have taken years to develop.

In February, ETS is moving into a new, state-of-the art facility at 5 Grossman Street in Quincy, Mass. 02169 – providing the thriving company with enough “breathing room” to grow, and offering plenty of garage space for its expanding fleet of vehicles.
